Chartered Democratic Clubs
Santa Cruz County has 5 official chartered clubs.
Each club operates independently of the Santa Cruz Democratic Party and hold their meetings, organize their own activities, and make their own endorsements. Unlike the Santa Cruz Democratic Party, which is made up of elected and appointed members, any registered Democrat in the county can become a member of any (or multiple) clubs. Membership: $15/year
Meetings: Every Thursday 3 to 4 PM. Contact for location.
Democratic Club of North Santa Cruz County (DCNSCC)
Membership: $20/year
Meetings: are typically held on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
Democratic Women's Club of Santa Cruz County (DWC)
Membership: Sliding scale $25–$50, $10 students. Saturday morning programs and events. Check website for info.
Mid-County Democratic Club (MCDC)
Membership: $20/year. Meetings on second Thursday of the month 6:30–8pm
Pajaro Valley Democratic Club
Membership: $25/year; over 60 $20; full time student $10. Meetings: second Monday of every month at 6pm
